Praise for Coaching with Kathleen
A Breath of Fresh Air
Being a better version of myself for my two young children was my motivation for seeking out life coaching with Kathleen. Despite all of my successes, I have always felt like I wanted to work on being better at relationships. I am happily married to a wonderful man, but I wanted to be an even better wife. I wanted to be a better daughter, daughter-in-law, and friend to show my children what good relationships looked like.
Working with Kathleen felt like a breath of fresh air coming in to sweep away things that were holding me back. Kathleen’s compassion, encouragement, and gift of healing helped to create an environment where I felt safe to open up and really see what my truths were rather than just my perception of things. My sessions with her felt more like chatting with a close friend who helped me see MYSELF clearly. Kathleen’s non-judgmental, gentle questioning, and guidance helped steer me toward using tools that gave ME the power to change myself into the person I wanted to be – all in small, manageable steps. I now understand the power of my mind and my actions in creating my own happiness despite what anyone else says or does. Thanks to Kathleen’s coaching and encouragement, I am happier, more open, more thoughtful, and more understanding in my relationships – so that hopefully I can be a role model for my children of what healthy and happy relationships look like.

A Guide Through the Path of Self-Discovery
As a Medicare-aged person, I thought I had seen it all, done it all, and coped with it all. How could I possibly benefit from life coaching, at my age! I was wrong. From the very first session, I was hooked. Kathleen guides me through the path of self-discovery. She presents the tools and each step in the use of these tools. I am learning and applying the learnings to a personal crisis and relationships with family members. I continue to learn with every session.
In her gentle and soothing way, Kathleen listens carefully, probes and then takes me through a process that points me to new ways of thinking. Instead of epic heart palpitations and 24/7 obsession with "the" personal crisis, I am now able to put the crisis in the recesses (rather than the front) of my mind, remain calm, and go on with my daily life
I am amazed, though not surprised, by Kathleen. She excels in anything she does. Life coaching is the newest addition to her bevy of skills, but she is, in my opinion, very effective. I highly recommend her. You will find peace and the ability to handle your life.

Creating a Path to Getting the Things I Want
Kathleen Harper has been my life coach for about a year now. I met her when I was experiencing many big transitions in my life and I was feeling really rough. My son recently went off to college, I was changing careers and heading back to school, and my husband had just left me. I tried therapy and reading lots of self-help books, and had friends I could count on to be good listeners, yet I still suffered terribly from the stress of so many changes at once (most of them unwelcome). I would feel like I had figured some things out, and then bounce right back to where I started or sometimes land even further back. My body was feeling really tense, I cried a lot, and I felt like I couldn’t think straight. I honestly didn’t know where to begin when it came to making things better.
Working with Kathleen as my coach has been such an eye opening experience. Her calm, gentle approach has created for me a place of safe and supported reflection. Kathleen uses careful inquiry to help me understand which of my thoughts are true, and which are just stories or patterns of behavior I have been creating to prolong my anxiety and discomfort. She is able to see with clarity what is standing in the way of my happiness. Together, we create a path to getting the things I want. I look forward to my time with Kathleen each week! She is so wise, honest, creative, and helpful. My life is SO much better now that I can apply the strategies I have learned through Kathleen’s life coaching. I recommend her to anyone who is ready to make significant and lasting positive change. Not only will get amazing results, you will have fun along the way!

Inspiration to Make a Change
Kathleen and I have known each other since 2009 and I was thrilled to hear that she was moving towards becoming a Life Coach. Kathleen was the perfect addition to what I call my Peace Squad - a group of professionals that help me attain and sustain peace and balance in my life. Kathleen and I focused on my relationship with my mother and my relationship with myself during our time together. She helped me unclog the “clogs” by encouraging me to deconstruct the moments in which I felt challenged, and inspired me to make a change by helping me debunk some of the negative messages that were affecting my relationships. What I know now that I didn’t know before is that I have the ability to recognize and disprove my “un-truths”, and how to turn up the volume and listen to my body compass- this alone will stay with me throughout my lifetime.
You should try life coaching with Kathleen because she is approachable, really easy to talk and relate to, and she provides you with a variety of avenues to look critically at where you are getting “stuck” in life. After working with Kathleen, I have been able to set and sustain my personal boundaries, have done a better job at listening to my body compass (most especially when I am feeling torn), and have been able to experience a more fulfilling, deeply-connected relationship with my mother and with myself.
Thank you, Kathleen, for all that you do and for helping me attain and sustain peace and balance. I appreciate you!
